How long does it take for my order to be printed and shipped?

Softcover and hardcover books deliver in 10-12 business days with free standard shipping.

Softcover and Hardcover books deliver 5-6 business days with express shipping for $6.99.

Can I cancel or change my order once submitted?

You can request your order to be cancelled or changed, we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on when your order was placed it may be too late to make any changes or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Why is there a blank page in my book?

If you see a blank page this is because there are a odd number of text and or photo pages. If you do not want a blank page just add a text page or a photo page.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

If you are not happy with your order we will replace or refund your money. Just send an email to support@vitapics.com let us know what you are not happy with and if you’d like a reprint or a refund.
